 Order Processing  

• Orders are processed within 1-5 days) after payment is received.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

 

 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times  

We currently deliver across Australia using Australia Post.

• Standard Shipping: (3-5 business days), flat rate of $11 or free over $150.

• Express Shipping: (1-3 business days), flat rate of $14.

• Local Pickup - We do not offer Local Pickup

  Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

 International Shipping  

• We currently do offer international shipping.

• Delivery times vary by destination and may be subject to customs delays or duties/taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

• Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the cart

 Tracking Your Order  

• Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

• If tracking shows your item as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us.

 Delays & Liability  

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or customs.

• If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can work with the courier to resolve the issue.
