 Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

• Certain types of goods are not eligible for return, including:

• • Custom made parts to suit your application and specifications

 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

 Exchanges 

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at: sales@trlindustries.com.au

 

 Shipping Returns 

• To return your product, please quote your order number and mail it to:    Po Box 479, Northcote 3070, Victoria, Australia

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
